Training provided – No experience necessary

All you need is the right attitude. We’ll provide the rest.

Thomas Direct’s training program includes helping you with warming up your voice, speaking strategies to project professionalism and confidence on the phone, completing a call and even work space organisation.

To support this, we provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring where necessary.
